North Drogheda Master Plan Map
The North Drogheda Environs Local Area Plan was adopted in 2004. The plan provides for a wide reange of uses including the development of 3 new residential neighbourhoods to cater for a population of 20,000 people on an area extending to 254 hectares located approximately 2 km north of Drogheda.
Currently there are a number of planning applications granted permission and applications pending. We are acting on behalf of a number of clients within the plan lands with potential for approximately 3000 residential units and 6,770 sq.m. of Commercial/Retail outlets, contained within the neighbourhoods.
