About Us
Brady Hughes was formed in 2001 by Brian Hughes and Yvonne Brady. The aim of the company is reflected in our mission statement quoted on the home page. We are a multidisciplinary practice who have forged links with other professional practices to deliver good service and value to our now very broad range of clients who include - large residential and commercial property developers, Local Authorities, public bodies, land owners, speculators, and private individuals.
We have included some background of the experience and qualifications of our directors.
Brian Hughes BA BAI CEng MIEI
- Chartered member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland
- Degree in Civil Structural and Environmental Engineering awarded by Trinity College Dublin 1992.
- Post Grad Diploma in Highways and Geotechnical Engineering awarded by Trinity College Dublin 1993.
- Post Grad Diploma in Project Management awarded by trinity College Dublin 1994.
- Work experience includes Local Authority employment as both Engineer and Planner, and Resident Engineer in Drogheda Corporation and Galway Corporation, and as project Resident Engineer for Galway Co. Co.
- Founding Partner in Brady Hughes Consulting in 2001.
Yvonne Brady BA BAI CEng MIEI
- Chartered member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland
- Degree in Civil Structural and Environmental Engineering awarded by Trinity College Dublin 1995.
- Diploma in Interior Design awarded with distinction by Limperts Academy of Design 2004.
- Building Energy Rating Assessor awarded with distinction by FETAC July 2008
- Work experience includes Local Authority employment at Graduate, Assistant and Resident Engineer.
- Experience also includes working for Ascon on Navan Waste Water Augmentation Scheme and Galway Main Drainage Scheme, and Siac O'Rourke JV on the M1 Drogheda By-Bass.
