Challenging times need innovation and leadership. We at Brady Hughes want to set more realistic prices while still delivering excellence in service to our clients. We are starting by giving back over €50,000 worth of professional fees dating back to 1st February 2009 to our clients* . And from now onwards all of our clients will be able to avail of rates that are equivalent to the 2001/2002 rates for all professional work. And these fees won’t be reviewed again until at least the end of 2010.
The current economic downturn has been a long overdue wake up call. Practices in the architectural and engineering sector have also been cutting their costs but their prices were falling much more slowly. We have decided not to wait any longer. The team at Brady Hughes have backed this move and have committed to increased time flexibility and wage cuts to support this initiative. Our revised rates reflect the reality of the changes that the market has experienced.

Brady Hughes Consulting is a multidisiplinary practice with offices in Drogheda, Co. Louth offering Engineering, Architectural, Project Management and Planning Consultancy services to our clients from project inception through to completion.
The company started life as a purely engineering practice, and was established in 2000 by Brian Hughes and Yvonne Brady, both Chartered Engineers. Since that time the company has grown to encompass a wide and varied range of expertise and experience, with Engineers, Architects, Technicians, and Administration Staff employed. We are currently involved in a variety of large-scale developments, most notably Sienna Valley in the North Drogheda Environs.
We aim to deliver excellent service and value to our now very broad range of clients who include - large residential and commercial property developers, Local Authorities, public bodies, land owners, speculators, and private individual.
* Clients due for a rebate on professional fees will have received a phone call and follow up letter from Brady Hughes before 22nd May 2009. All other clients will have received a letter advising them of the reduction in rates on all their future work.
